6 years is a long time! Since I'm currently employed at Sermo, there won't be too many details covered, but here are some highlights.
B2B campaigns
I design and build full packages for commercial campaigns, complete with landing pages and integration with marketing & sales automation. Here's one I produced for a whitepaper on physician & patient sentiment around the GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 market (including the whitepaper itself). Check it out here.
Social acquisition ads
Having gone from zero social to all-in over the span of a few months, Sermo needed a flexible creative foundation that allowed rapid, high-volume testing, and fresh concepts in an increasingly saturated market. I leveraged the brand work I had established over the years to establish this foundation, while using 3D to help push the creative outside of the box.
Design @ Sermo
To address the tedious nature of sharing (most likely) outdated brand guideline PDFs, I created Design @ Sermo, an internal Webflow site that houses Sermo's brand guidelines, brand assets, tips for submitting project briefs, and a library of creative work for stakeholders to reference.
Emails
Sermo sends millions of emails a month — I design and develop all of the core components and templates that power them. This includes product system emails, nurture campaigns, survey invites, internal communications, and adhoc promotions. Each are fully responsive with dark mode support and tested to ensure they look great on all 100,000 versions of Outlook.
Below are 3 example emails from an onboarding series. Also check out a quick demo to see one of my templates in action!
Physician social app
In 2018, I led visual design for Sermo's new physician social networking app — a transformation that was critical to Sermo's success today. I also created the design system in tandem with this project, which now powers all Sermo products, web experience, and even emails. This was a year long project with an entire novel's worth of takeaways. While I don't plan on writing a case study on this, I'm happy to discuss it should we be in contact :)

Consultancy Practice Playbook
We've made hundreds of videos over the years, but this one was a little more fun than others. The goal of this video was to gain new business from an untapped audience in a relatable way.
I storyboarded and directed the video, as well as modeled + animated a 3D sequence. Outside of creative I also played the role of producer and project manager. The rest was handled by our talented motion designer David Sekiguchi, with primary illustration work by Reece Parker and support from Valeria Lozano.
More to come!
